Draft — not yet legally reviewed.
This is placeholder copy describing the intended behaviour. It must be reviewed by whoever handles legal before the site accepts real customers, and it must be checked against what the service actually does at that point.
Label content you submit
ZPL sent for rendering is held in memory for the duration of the request, rendered, and returned. It is not written to disk and not retained after the response. This matters because shipping labels routinely carry names, addresses and order references: the safest position is not to hold them.
Rendered images are likewise not stored. If diagnostics are ever added that would retain submitted content, this page must be updated first.
What is stored
- Account details: email address and, optionally, a company name.
- API keys, stored as a one-way hash. A key cannot be recovered from our records, only replaced.
- Usage counters: how many renders a key has used in the current period, and when it was last used. Not the content of those renders.
- Billing records, held by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.
Deleting your data
Deleting an account removes its keys and usage counters. Billing records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
